H.B. YELVERTON JR.
SNOW HILL -- H.B. Yelverton Jr., 56, died last Saturday at his residence.
The funeral will be held this Saturday at 2 p.m. at Leventon Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will be in Snow Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Yelverton is survived by his wife, Ellen Johnson Yelverton of the home; a daughter, Melanie McLaurin of Pikeville; two sons, Darryl Johnson and Elaster Johnson of Fremont; his mother, Adline Yelverton of Snow Hill; two sisters, Bonnie Yelverton and Joan Atkinson of Snow Hill; and three brothers, Tim Yelverton of Snow Hill, Roger Yelverton of Newport News, Va., and Donald Yelverton of Dudley.
The wake will be held tonight from 7 until 8 at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home.
