ARTHUR FARMER

The funeral for Arthur Ray Farmer, 54, of 1156 Armadillo Drive, Fayetteville, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home. Elder H.E. McNair will officiate. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.

Mr. Farmer died Sunday at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

He is survived by two daughters, Felicia McKinnon of Knightdale and Chandra Farmer of Winston-Salem; one son, Arthur Farmer Jr. of Snow Hill; his mother, Annie Farmer of Goldsboro; five sisters, Dorothy Boone of Stroudsburg, Pa., Annie Farmer and E. Grace Bell of Goldsboro, Phyllis of Durham and Ernestine Johnson of Knightdale; five brothers, McKinley Farmer, Hardy Farmer Jr., Willie Farmer and William Farmer of Goldsboro and John Farmer of Bronx, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.

The viewing will be held today from 2 until 6:30 at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., and the family will be there from 7:30 until 8:30. At other times the family will receive friends at his mother's home at 1905-A East Maple St.
