Funeral services for Simon Wooten Jr., 54, of 103 James St., will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Shady Grove M.B. Church in Beston.
The Rev. Larry Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow at Old Mill Cemetery in Goldsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Johnetta Wooten of the home; two brothers, Ronnie Wooten of Bowie, Md., and Terry Wooten of Allentown, Pa.; and two sisters, Carolyn Parks and Mae Parks, both of Goldsboro.
A walk-in will be held today from 2 until 4 p.m. at LaGrange Mortuary. The family will meet with friends for visitation at Shady Grove M.B. Church in Beston from 5 until 7 p.m.
