HILDA K. WARREN
FAISON -- Mrs. Hilda Marie King Warren, 86, of 7238 Pine Ridge Road, died at her home Saturday.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Faison Cemetery with the Rev. Chad Pullins officiating.
Born in 1918 in Sampson County, Mrs. Warren was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Mamie Sutton King. She was a member of the Faison United Methodist Church, a retired day care provider and the widow of John Wesley Warren Jr.
She is survived by a daughter, Melba W. Forehand of Edenton; one son, J.C. Warren of Faison; two sisters, Jeanette K. Davis of Raleigh and Helen Doris Hargrove of Paradise, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at her home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Faison Fire and Rescue Department, Faison, 28341.
The family is being served by Royal-Hall Funeral Home.
