HESSIE B. JONES
FOUR OAKS -- Hessie B. Stanley Jones, 74, of 508 E. Sanders St., died Saturday at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.
The funeral was held Sunday at 7 p.m. at Minshew Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverends Billy Keen and Lawrence Pounds officiated. Burial was at 11 a.m. today at Barbour's Chapel Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, Melton Jones; a daughter, Patricia Ann Stanley of Four Oaks; two stepsons, Durwood Jones of Kinston and Dennis Jones of Angier; three sisters, Lessie B. Allen of Four Oaks, Mittie B. Messer of Smithfield and Jean Hartley of Goldsboro; and one grandchild and one step-grandchild.
