JONATHAN YARBOROUGH

Jonathan Dion Yarborough, 26, of 615 Devereaux St., died Friday.

The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Pastor James A. Moultrie will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Mr. Yarborough was born July 22, 1977, in Sampson County to Janet Yarborough and James King. At an early age Jonathan moved to Goldsboro to live with the late Garland and Edna Ray Taylor. He was a member of Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, where he served on the Junior Usher Board, at was the youth announcer every 3rd Sunday and was active in the Sunday school and the youth departments.

In addition to his mother and father he is survived by a son, Rajohn Yarborough, and a daughter, Jayona Yarborough; a brother, Deacon Jimmy Yarborough of Goldsboro; and a sister, Joyona Yarborough of New Jersey.

The family will receive friends at 615 Devereaux St.

The viewing hours will be from 4 until 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Rhodes Funeral Home.
