THOMAS F. MURPHY
MOUNT OLIVE -- Thomas Franklin Murphy, 18, died Friday.
He was the son of the late Ernest Murphy III and Mary Lynn Holmes Murphy.
Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Tyndall Funeral Home with the Rev. Coy Brock officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
He is survived by one brother, Ernest Murphy IV of Mount Olive; his maternal grandmother, Jean Holmes of Mount Olive; and his paternal grandparents, Ernest and Evelyn Murphy of Mount Olive. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his grandfather, Durwood Holmes.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
