LENA SIMMONS
Lena Loftin Simmons, a longtime resident of Creech Street, died Thursday morning at the Brian Center in Wallace.
She was born and reared in Duplin County. After moving to Goldsboro she met and married the late Joseph H. Simmons.
Her survivors include two sons, Barnell Loftin and Rufus Simmons, and three sisters-in-law.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Rose Hill Funeral Home.
