SHARON LANIER
KINSTON -- Sharon Elizabeth Moody Lanier, 64, sister of Troni Baker of LaGrange, died Sunday.
The funeral was to be held today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Garner Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Emory officiating. Burial was to follow in Westview Cemetery.
In addition to her sister, Mrs. Lanier is survived by her husband, Ronnie Darrell Lanier Sr. of the home; three daughters, Wanda Emory and Pam Wurtz of Kinston and Kim Schoen of New Bern; two brothers, Tony Wayne Tomlinson of Kinston and William "W.T." Tomlinson of Kenner, La.; three other sisters, Freida Stinnett of Greensboro, Ruth Eason of Chesapeake, Va., and Shirley Hawkins of Dover; and five grandchildren.
The family received friends on Monday night at Garner Funeral Home.
