HENRIETTA WILLIAMS
MOUNT OLIVE -- Henrietta Highsmith Williams, 107, died Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Payne Temple A.M.E. Zion Church. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Park.
She is survived by one son, David, of Mount Olive; three daughters, Cliffornia of the home and Ethel and Mary Lue of Mount Olive; one goddaughter, Rosetta Fennell of Philadelphia; four grandchildren, Renado, Felton, William O'Darius (Francis) and Vincent; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Martha Highsmith of Health Springs, S.C.; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Flowers are welcome, however, the family suggest that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Payne Temple A.M.E. Zion Church, P.O. Box 231, Mount Olive, N.C., 28365.
The wake will be Wednesday from 7 - 8 p.m. at the church.
Garris Funeral Home is serving the family.
