ADOCK HARPER
Adock "Buddy" Harper, formerly of Godlsboro, died Tuesday in New York.
The funeral will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Matthew Barrette-R.S. Sauders Funeral Home in Brooklyn.
Mr. Harper was the son of the late Jessie "Pully" Harper and Carrie Coor Harper.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice, and is survived by two sons, Dennis Harper of Palm Coast, Fla., and Eugene of Brooklyn, N.Y.; five daughters, Emily Harper, Christine Harper, Geraldine Harper, Kiesha Harper and Carrie Elizabeth Harper of New York; one sister, Virginia "Ginnie" Harper Neal of Norfolk. Va.; and numerous grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 until 6 p.m. at Matthew Barrette-R.S. Saunders Funeral Home, 1204 Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y.
