THELMA DUDLEY

Thelma L. Dudley, 93, of 103 N. Virginia Ave., died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Branch Memorial Tabernacle on Gulley Street. Bishop C.L. Aycock and Elder John Ward will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Bishop Leamon Dudley of Goldsboro; two daughters, Cassie L. Wilkerson of Philadelphia, Pa., and Mildred V. Lewis of Elizabeth, N.J.; a brother, Robert L. Gerald of Goldsboro; a sister, Sarah B. Richardson of Washington, D.C.; and 18 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 26 great-great-grandchildren.

The viewing hours will be from 3 until 6 p.m. on Friday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel and an inspirational wake will follow at 7 at St. Stephen's Disciples Church in Princeton.
