SUSAN BATTEN
WARSAW -- Susan Ann Almond Batten, 67, died Sunday at Duplin General Hospital in Kenansville.
She was the daughter of the late Grover Wilson Almond and Ina Lee Hahn Almond of High Point.
She is survived by her husband, Winford Lee Batten; two sons, Steven Lee Batten of Evanston Ill., and Phillip Randall Batten of Lexington; and one sister, Betty L. Kennedy.
A private committal service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Westminster Gardens in Greensboro.
Community Funeral Home is serving the family.
