THADDEUS BARNES
Thaddeus Ray Barnes Sr., 63, of 226 Wayne Ave., died Friday at his home.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Greenleaf Christian Church. Dr. William J. Barber II will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Barnes is survived by five daughters, Sandra Davis, Cassandra Silver, Andrea Barnes and Audrea Barnes of Goldsboro and Beverly Bell of Raleigh; a son, Thaddeus R. Barnes Jr. of Wilmington; a brother, Colonel Barnes of Baltimore, Md.; three sisters, Gladys B. Roseboro of Rock Hill, S.C., Roberta B. Davis of Silver Springs, Md., and Cassandra Chisolm of Lakewood, Wash.; and nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 9 p.m. today at Hamilton Funeral Chapel in Goldsboro.
