WILLIAM SUTTON
LAGRANGE -- The funeral for William "Hambone" Sutton, 60, of 6120 Windy Ridge Road, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Free. Will Baptist Church. Bishop J.E. Reddick and Pastor Walter Cannon will conduct the service. Burial will be in Sutton Cemetery.
Mr. Sutton is survived by his wife, Arvis Sutton of the home; nine sons, Victor Sutton of Baltimore, Md., Derrick Sutton and Rodney Cobb of Goldsboro, Jeremy Exum and Richard Cobb of Kinston, Samuel Cobb of Long Island, N.Y., Tobby Cobb of Concord and Terrain Gardner and Terry Gray of LaGrange; three daughters, Alyce Harris and LaSonia Cobb of LaGrange and Lisa Davis of Smithfield; three brothers, James Earl Sutton of Goldsboro, Arden Sutton of Kinston and Linwood Sutton of LaGrange; and five sisters, Dorothy Wellington, Geraldine Cobb and Lillie Hobbs of LaGrange, Julie Thompson of Goldsboro and Veolio Hatchet of Dudley.
Visitation hours will be from 2 until 8 p.m. Friday at LaGrange Mortuary.
