ANNETTE HARPER
DUDLEY -- Annette Harper, 58, of 609 Brogden St., will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. James Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ. Apostle Lester Coward will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Harper died last Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Jesse J. Harper of the home; two sons, Ricky Harper and Michael Harper of Dudley; one daughter, Takiyah Carr of Mount Olive; her mother, Savannah Frederick of Dudley; one brother, Richard Pearsall Sr. of Dudley; two sisters, Katrina Kornegay of Mount Olive and Laverne Blakley of Goldsboro; and 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 3 until 8 p.m. on Friday at Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive, and the family will be there to receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m.
