STEFANIE R. KOONCE
COMFORT -- Stefanie Renee Koonce, 36, of 141 Davis St., died Wednesday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
A native of Jones County, she was a graduate of Elizabeth City College, a member of King Chapel F.W.B. Church, and employed at Dupont of Kinston.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at King Chapel F.W.B. Church in Trenton. Elder W.S. Nicholson will officiate. Burial will follow in Haiti Cemetery of Trenton.
She is survived by her mother, Mattie Olivia Koonce of Comfort; father, Johnnie Earl King of Richlands; two sisters, Diana Barnes of Richlands and Pamela Smith of Greensboro; and two brothers, Johnnie King Jr. of Virginia and Donald Smith of Richlands.
The body may be viewed Monday from 2 until 8 p.m. at Mitchell's Funeral Home in Greenville.
