ROBERT LEE
FOUR OAKS -- Retired Air Force Tech. Sgt. Robert Edward Lee, 73, of 11297 Raleigh Road, died Tuesday at the Veterans Hospital.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Minshew Funeral Home. Burial, with full military honors, will be in Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens.
Mr. Lee was a native of Johnston County and was the son of the late Percy Junius and Letha Coats Lee.
He is survived by a daughter, Teri Kernodle and her husband, Ronnie, of Goldsboro; a son, Kenneth Edward Lee of Selma; a brother, Hampton Lee and his wife, Barbara, of Benson; two grandsons, Joshua and Kyle Kernodle, and a granddaughter and a great-grandchild; his former wife, Margaret O. Lee of Goldsboro; and a nephew, John Lee of Raleigh.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Patti S. Walls.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
