RALPH BEST
The funeral for Ralph Best, of 102 Beverly Drive, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Greenleaf Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ. Burial will be in the Best Family Cemetery on Tommy's Road. Elder George Wiggins will officiate.
Mr. Best is survived by his wife, Josephine Coley Best of the home; one son, Ralph O'Neal Best of Goldsboro; three daughters, Telecia Best of the home, Vanessa Best Ruffin of Goldsboro and Tiffany Best of Mexico; two sisters, Connie Marie Best Felton of Jamaica, N.Y., and Carolyn Artis of Pikeville; one adopted daughter, Lena Tappscott of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base; six grandchildren, three adopted grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 7 p.m. today at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries and the family will be there to receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m.
