CLIFTON DAIL

Clifton Ray Dail, 60, of Goldsboro., died Saturday at the Veterans Hospital in Durham.

The funeral will be held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Bailey officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Mr. Dail was a native of Wayne County and was the son of the late Gurney and Pearl Radford Dail. He was the owner and operator of "Ma's Little Kitchen." A 1961 graduate of Goldsboro High School, he was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a recipient of the National Defense Service Metal.

He is survived by five sisters, Desiree Lipscomb, Irene Collier, Clarice Smith, Betty Evans, and Lily Rose Combs all of Goldsboro; one brother, Bobby Dail of Goldsboro; 10 nieces and 12 nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd "Red" Dail and Roy Dail.

The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 2:30 until 3:30 at the funeral home, and at other times will be at the residence of Jerry and Pam Reason, 115 Pate Circle,
in the Rosewood community.
