A man forced a teenage girl to drive to four different ATMs while claiming he had a gun Nov. 3, according to a Goldsboro police report.
The report was filed Thursday, and the 19-year-old victim told police a man approached her vehicle at about 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 and said he needed a ride.
When she told him no, the man jumped in her front passenger seat. The victim yelled for the suspect to get out, but he said he had a gun and needed money.
The victim then drove the suspect to four different ATMs before the man got out.
The report estimates $100 was taken from the woman during the ATM transactions.
It does not say why the teenager waited six days to report the incident to police or what led to the man eventually getting out of the car.
A suspect is listed on the report, but he had not been charged at the time of this report. He is reportedly an acquaintance of the victim.
The incident is under investigation.
