Goldsboro police are looking for a suspect who tried to force his way into a car occupied by a 25-year-old Snow Hill woman and a 4-year-old child.

The victim told police she was in the Walmart parking lot at 1002 N. Spence Ave. just before midnight Friday night when the man started yelling, "Where is the weed?"

She told police she had seen the same man before so she got into her car.

The man began to bang on the windows and tried to force the door open.

The victim said she drove away, but that the suspect got into a blue Saturn sedan that was being driven by a woman with long blonde hair.

According to a police report on the incident, police tried to intercept the woman driver. However, the report does not specify which driver is being referred to.

The victim said she drove to Berkeley Mall where mall security was patrolling the parking lot and the suspect's vehicle headed the other way.

It was last seen driving east in the parking lot toward Berkeley Boulevard.

Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

The suspect was described as a white man approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with a slim build, weighing 170 pounds. He had brown shaggy hair and was wearing a blue T-shirt.

There were other passengers in the suspect's car, but there were no descriptions, police said.
