Man steals underwear from Dollar General

An unknown man reportedly stole underwear from the Dollar General at 2107 N. William St. Monday night.
According to a police report on the incident, an unknown black male came into the store and picked up two bags of underwear. The man then reportedly walked around the store and put the underwear in his pants.
An employee confronted the man, but the man said he did not have anything on his person and left the store.
He then got into a black Toyota Camry several blocks south of the business and left the area.
The man is described as being a 5-foot, 11-inch tall black man, who was wearing a white tank top, white shoes and dark jeans at the time of the alleged theft.
