Four reports were filed with the Goldsboro Police Department Wednesday about BB guns being used to damage cars and fences in the city some time between Sunday and Wednesday morning, and each incident happened within a mile radius of the others.

The property damage was reported at 3229 Central Heights Road, 1202 N. Berkeley Blvd., 3227 Central Heights Road and the 300 block of Randall Lane.

At 3229 Central Heights Road, a resident reported to police that the front and back door on the drivers side of his car parked in the backyard had been damaged with a BB gun some time between Sunday at 11 a.m. and Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

The man reported the incident Wednesday morning just after 9 a.m., and told police there were five dents on the drivers side of his car that were caused by a gas powered BB gun.

The resident told police he saw four black male juveniles in the area that he had never seen before.

At 3227 Central Heights Road, a woman told police she left for church around 4 p.m. Sunday, and when she returned Monday morning around 6:30 a.m. there were four BB-sized holes in her windshield.

There was roughly $250 in damages caused to the windshield.

At 1202 N. Berkeley Blvd., at Lowes, an employee told police someone shot several pellets from an air powered BB gun into the windshield of a Ryder Rental Truck being leased by Lowes some time between 3:45 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

There was approximately $700 in damages caused to the windshield.

In the 300 block of Randall Lane, a woman told police a maintenance man alerted her that a fence on the property had been damaged by a BB gun.

The woman also told police the maintenance man told her he had seen several black male juveniles around that do not stay in the area.

There were roughly $1,000 in damages incurred to the fence because of the BB gun pellets.

No arrests have been made in the four cases involving the BB gun damages.
