Another heroin arrest recorded

A Goldsboro man faces three counts of heroin trafficking following his arrest by Goldsboro police Sunday.
Bobby Edward Davis III, 22, 309 S. Audubon Ave., was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $60,000 secured bond.
Police arrested Davis just after 1 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Stephens Street. He was found in possession of 12 grams of heroin, according to the police report.
Possession of an amount exceeding four grams of any opiate-based narcotic constitutes trafficking according to state law.
