City opens up the sprinklers

Sirahji Hill, 5, and Nemyree Barnes, 6, dance around beneath a sprinkler set up by the Goldsboro Fire Department downtown on Thursday afternoon. The cousins say they try never to miss a chance to play in the sprinkler. The sprinklers are on between 3 and 4 p.m. every Thursday afternoon at Cornerstone Commons off Center Street.
