Offices closed Monday

Local, state and federal offices will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day.
Goldsboro offices will be closed Monday and will resume normal business hours on Tuesday.
Goldsboro sanitation routes usually picked up on Monday will be picked up Wednesday instead.
Carolina Southern Sanitation's schedule will not be affected by the Memorial Day holiday. Garbage collection will proceed as normal.
Postal Service offices and most banks will also be closed.
All Wayne County offices, including Wayne County Public Schools and the landfill and convenience sites ,will be closed.
Mount Olive town offices and the recyclable center will be closed on Monday, though household garbage pickup will not affected. Yard waste pickup will be moved up a day. Monday's route will be picked up on Tuesday and Tuesday's route will be picked up on Wednesday.
Town halls in Pikeville and Fremont also will be closed.
