Home and Garden Expo Saturday

The 2012 Home & Garden Expo, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Wayne County in partnership with the Goldsboro Wayne Association of Realtors, will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 until 5 pm. at the Wayne County Fairgrounds.
The associations' goa is to bring awareness to of Wayne County of the various facets of the building and housing industries.
New and innovative products will be on display, along with decorating ideas and designs for inside and outside. Builders, Realtors and vendors will be on hand to explain the services and products they offer.
Tara Boyette, accompanied by pianist Thomas Vick, will entertain at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and Jimmy Martin's group "Encore" at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
On Sunday at 3 p.m., Alvin Smith, an Elvis impersonator, with entertain. Also, there will be prizes and and food by Pat & Mac's Grilling Shack and Emmaus Church. Face-painting for children also will be offered.
