Driver not charged with DWI

A story that ran in Sunday's edition, based in part on an incomplete report obtained from the Goldsboro Police Department, listed an incorrect charge.
Joshua Craig Sutton, 32, 2730 Meridian Drive, was cited for failure to maintain lane control, not drunken driving, as was published.
The charges were modified late Saturday after the investigation into the vehicle accident was concluded.
A copy of the completed accident report has since been obtained, which does indicate that Sutton, who was transported by EMS to Wayne Memorial Hospital, was found not to have drugs or alcohol in his system.
The accident happened earlier Saturday on Berkeley Boulevard.
