Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:
*Yaminika Boyette, 30, of North John Street, reported a black man struck her in the face during an argument at her home and also pushed her 14-year-old daughter.
*Donald Wardell Ballard, 35, of Holly Road, reported the theft of a $200 handgun from his residence sometime over the last two weeks.
*On the 1400 block of East Elm Street, several items were taken from the interior and trunk of a vehicle, according to a report filed by Diane Pettiway Graham. Among the things removed were a Playstation 3 valued at $219, miscellaneous clothing and $55 cash.
*Robert Elton Littleton, 61, of Raleigh, told police a wallet was taken from his vehicle while parked at his mother's home on Holly Street. The wallet was later found but $200 cash and other personal identification was missing.
*Six windows with metal frames were taken from the rear of a residence on Bunch Street, according to a report filed by Cory Lee Coley, 65, of Simpson Street.
*Two heating and cooling window units worth $300 and a $250 white refrigerator were reported stolen from a residence on Titleist Drive.
*James Terry, 55, of Boxwood Lane, reported the theft of copper wiring after an air conditioning unit was dismantled at the residence.
