Four charged after chase

Three Goldsboro men have been arrested, and a fourth is wanted for allegedly breaking into a home on June 16, leading to a car chase, a collision with a police patrol vehicle, and multiple foot pursuits.
Marquell Devon Ruffin, 19, of North James Street, was charged with felonious second-degree burglary, felonious larceny after breaking and/or entering, failure to reduce speed, flee to elude arrest. Ruffin was placed under a $31,000 secured bond.
Jermel Marcel Wallace, 19, of South Madison Avenue, was charged with felonious second-degree burglary, felonious larceny after breaking and/or entering. He was placed under a $30,000 securedbond.
Roderick Blount, 28, of East Walnut Street, was charged with felonious second-degree burglary, felonious larceny after breaking and/or entering. Blount was charged with a $100,000 secured bond.
A warrant has been issued for Davin Jae McCarty, 22, streets of Goldsboro, for arrest for felonious second-degree burglary and felonious larceny after breaking and/or entering.
An investigation into a burglary in the 1500 block of South John Street June 16 led police to chase a Cadillac, from which four suspects eventually ran.
During the chase, the Cadillac rolled into the police cruiser.
The stolen property, which was later recovered, was listed as being valued at more than $1,700.
