A North Carolina Street woman reported seeing a man with a handgun in her front yard on Monday afternoon, then went into the house to call police -- prompting the stranger to shoot her in the buttocks through her door, according to a police report. The suspect was described a black male in his 20s, police said. Police said Angeline Hagens' injuries from being struck in the buttocks with a bullet were minor.
