GREENVILLE -- Conservators who are working on artifacts taken from what is believed to be the flagship of the pirate Blackbeard will pull back the curtains on their work Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at East Carolina University.
The revealing of items from the Queene Anne's Revenge will be held at the QAR Conservation Laboratory on the West Research Campus of East Carolina University.
Nearly 100,000 artifacts have been recovered since the wreck's discovery in 1996.
