WEATHER OUTLOOK: David Arreola, a worker with Allen Grading Co., tries to stay warm while working in the frigid temperatures at the site of the new Memorial Commons Plaza on Wayne Memorial Drive this morning. Over the next few days, temperatures are expected to hover in the winter range, climbing to spring-like conditions by next week. The National Weather Service said this morning that higher elevations and areas near the Tennessee border will see snow accumulations by late tonight. Locally, there will be windy conditions, with temperatures ranging from a low of 19 degrees to a possible 41 degrees. By the weekend, it will gradually climb to 60 degrees, with forecasters predicting it will be up to 68 degrees come Tuesday.
