Wayne County's 'Most Wanted'

Goldsboro police have announced the list of people they most want to catch in 2008.
Investigator Dave Cloutier compiled the list of suspects, who are wanted on a variety of charges including drug trafficking and murder, by talking with his local investigators, who have been working with the warrants department and other police agencies to find them.
Those on the list include:
Devon Dejatorian Waters
DEVON DEJATORIAN JONES/WATERS
Date of birth: Sept. 3, 1979
Description: Numerous tattoos all over his body. A tattoo of the base of a bullet on his left shoulder. About 5 feet 9 inches tall and weight about 165 pounds. Jones, who also goes by the surname Waters, might have cut off the braids seen in this picture. Considered armed and dangerous.
Accused of: The murder of Joseph Antonio Payan on Nov. 17. Payan was found in a wooded area in the 2100 block of Salem Church Road with multiple gunshot wounds on Nov. 18. Call: Dave Cloutier at 580-4242 or Crimestoppers at 735-2255.
Demond ONeil Pigford

Date of birth: April 7, 1981
Description: Pigford has a scar above his left eye. About 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds. He was last known to live on Seventh Street in Goldsboro. Considered armed and dangerous.
Accused of: Numerous orders for arrest on failing to appear in court on a charge of being a habitual felon, trafficking cocaine and for driving with his license revoked.

Accused of: An outstanding grand jury indictment for first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, common law robbery and communicating threats.
