Randy Casey, of Casey’s Seasfood, taps some top neck clams together as he counts out 21 dozen for a customer this morning at his corner stand at the intersection of East Ash and North John streets in Goldsboro. Casey has been at the corner, on Fridays, for the past 10 years. This week, those who couldn’t make it to the beach for the July 4th holiday could get a little taste of the ocean right downtown.
