These cases have been heard in Wayne County Superior Court:
*Larry Donnell Jones, 43, South Sycamore Street, Fremont, first-degree child rape, 335 to 411 months (new sentence); indecent liberties with a minor, 25 to 30 months (new sentence); lewd and lascivious act, 31 to 38 months.
*Jamie Trilley McKinney, 20, Courtyard Circle, first-degree rape, 245 to 303 months (new sentence); armed robbery, 65 to 87 months (new sentence).
*Kelvin Henry Williams, 32, Jenny Lane, Dudley, possession of stolen goods (two counts), 85 to 111 months (new sentence).
*Dallas Billington Kirby, 42, U.S. 70 East, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (habitual felon), 70 to 93 months.
*Brandon Conrad Billiups, 20, Southern Drive, Dudley, common-law robbery (two counts), 13 to 16 months.
*Jackie Franklin Sutton, 35, North Berkeley Boulevard, breaking and entering, 10 to 12 months; forgery (five counts), six to eight months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, $2,235 restitution and costs; forgery (six counts), six to eight months suspended and 18 months supervised probation.
*Anthony Bernard Mickens, 36, Brazil Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, eight to 10 months.
*Demarcus Davis, 20, Lincoln Drive, possession of stolen goods, six to eight months.
*Lewis Ray Hines, 41, Guinevere Lane, LaGrange, carrying a concealed weapon, 20 days.
*Carlos Humberto Zapata, 17, Rachel Drive, breaking and entering, eight days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, $650 lawyer's fee, $750 fine and costs.
*Eddie Whitaker Jr., 50, North Center Street, second-degree trespass, five days.
*Preston McKinley Harper, 65, Stanley Chapel Church Road, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, one day active, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $450 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Johnny Harrison Smith, 52, Dog Pond Road, Seven Springs, insurance fraud, five to six months suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $500 fine and costs.
*Morris Clifford Walker, 49, Old Grantham Road, failure to display manufacturer of DVDs, four to five months suspended, 12 months supervised probation (30 days intensive probation), $250 lawyer's fee, $500 fine and costs.
*Monterius Ransom Smith, 19, Willow Road, Dudley, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $195 lawyer's fee, $750 fine and costs.
