Sampson CenterStage season opens Oct. 29

Music from the 1940s, '50s and '60s will be among the offerings in the 2005-06 season of the Sampson CenterStage Performing Arts Series.
The season lineup is as follows:
"In The Mood," Saturday, Oct. 29, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $24 through $32.
The Moscow Boys' Choir, "Christmas Around the World," Sunday, Nov. 20, 4 p.m. Ticket costs range from $16 through $24.
"Southern Fried Chicks: Urban, Suburban & Plain White Trash," Saturday, Jan. 14, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $16 through $24.
Gus Giordano Chicago Jazz Dance Project, Saturday, Feb. 18, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $18 through $26. Pre-show dinner option available.
The John Pizzarelli Quartet, Saturday, Feb. 25, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $16 through $24.
Lynne Jackson and Mike Palter, "The Treasures of American Music," Saturday, March 11, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $16 through $24. Pre-show dinner option available.
Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Thursday, March 30, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $18 through $26.
Hank and My Honky Tonk Heroes, starring Jason Petty, Saturday, April 8, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $16 through $24. Pre-show dinner option available.
Jazz singer Nnenna Freelon, "The Tribute to Billie Holiday," Friday, April 21, 8 p.m. Ticket costs range from $16 through $24.
