These cases have been heard in Mount Olive District Court:
*Kalp Bryant Chestnut, 62, East Kelly Street, Mount Olive, possession of stolen goods, 120 days suspended (appealed).
*Dannil Lee Bell, 40, South Johnson Street, Mount Olive, driving while license revoked, 120 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 30 hours community service, $200 fine and costs.
*Eric Kendal Holland, 17, South Forest Street, Faison, possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 30 hours community, $100 fine and costs.
*Migdael Escalante Perez, 22, Cleveland Drive, Mount Olive, driving while impaired, six months suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, 72 hours community service, $85 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs.
*George R. Summerlin, 50, Fulton Road, Dudley, failure to work after being paid, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $138.50 restitution and costs.
*Felecia Daphene Dyson, Old Smith Chapel Road, Mount Olive, worthless check, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $50 restitution, $25 fine and costs.
