Kids at the fair

For parents -- and grandparents -- taking kids to the fair is a true act of patience. They want everything they see and don't understand it all costs money. It may require all your reasoning and child psychology techniques to steer them in the right direction. But then, when they see those little faces smile, all that work pays off for the adults -- at least until they take another look in their wallets.
