Norris-Re
Kristy Norris and Mario Re exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 27 at 11 a.m. at Sandals Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
The bride is the daughter of Christine Norris and the late Willie Norris of Pikeville.
She is a graduate of Wayne Community College, and is employed as a dental assistant for Dr. Kent S. Denton DDS in LaGrange.
The groom is the son of the late Elaine Re of Manahawkin, N.J.
He is a graduate of East Carolina University, and is employed as a principal for Wayne County schools at Norwayne Middle School.
A program of wedding music, selected by the groom, was provided for the beachside service.
Events held before the wedding included a bridal shower for the bride and groom hosted by staff members at Norwayne Middle School and a private wedding reception hosted by friends and family at the home of the couple.
