Wendy Lee Fields of Smithfield and Chad Everette Myers exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 9 at 3 p.m. at Tee’s Chapel in Smithfield, with Robert Flynn officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Roy Eugene Parker of Georgia, Ga., and Sarah Elizabeth Andrews of Mount Olive.
She is employed as a surgical assistant at Eastern Carolina Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery.
The groom is the son of David Earl Myers and Peggy Ann Myers of Smithfield.
He is employed as manager at Myers Community Mart.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her father.
Wendy Malpass and Sherry Flynn were matrons of honor.
Bridesmaids were Courtney Myers, Maegan Myers and Marcia Wells.
Wayne Myers was the best man.
Groomsmen were Wayne Adams, Landon Myers, Benton Myers, Jake Parker and Austin Parker.
Ushers were Wayne Myers, Jake Parker and Austin Parker.
Brianna Myers was the junior bridesmaid.
Morgan Fields and Kirsten Myers were the flower girls.
Marcia Jones directed the wedding. Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Billie Foster.
Special helpers were Donna Myers, Candice Kindlesparker and Paige Herring.
A program of wedding music was provided by Durwood Woodall.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Tee’s Chapel.
After their wedding trip to the beach, the couple will reside in Brogden.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Golden Coral.
