Niemasz-Aycock
Hannah Brooke Aycock of Princeton and Jonathan Michael Niemasz of Warren, Mich., exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Jan 8 at 5 p.m. at The Brick Village, with pastor Bill Rose officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Walton E. and Robin Davis Aycock of Princeton and the granddaughter of Charles “Bud” and Mary Belle Aycock of Pikeville and Leslie and Virginia Grace Davis of Pikeville.
She is a 2005 graduate of Rosewood High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. She is employed at Jacksonville Chiropractic.
The groom is the son of Ronald John Niemasz of Roseville, Mich., and Linda Sak Niemasz of Warren, Mich., and the grandson of the late Bruno and Ann Niemasz of Warren, Mich., Eva York of New Baltimore, Mich., and the late Clifford York.
He is a 2003 graduate of Fitzgerald High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He was employed as a rifleman in the United States Marine Corps. He attends Coastal Carolina Community College.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
She wore a strapless charmeuse gown with a pleated bodice embellished with a beaded motif.
The bride carried a bouquet of blue hydrangeas wrapped in a white satin ribbon adorned with pearls.
Jenna Aycock was her sister’s maid of honor.
Ronald Niemasz was his son’s best man.
Matthew Smith, cousin of the bride, was the usher.
Wendy Pittman, friend of the bride’s family, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Anna Grace Smith, cousin of the bride.
A program of wedding music was provided by Tyler Davis, guitarist, and Jenna Aycock, vocalist.
Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents held a reception and dance at The Brick Village.
After a wedding trip to Gordonsville, Va., the couple will reside in Jacksonville.
Events held before the wedding included a wedding shower Jan. 2 at First Pentecostal Holiness Church hosted by the bride’s family and a pig picking Jan. 7 at Little River Volunteer Fire Department hosted by aunts and uncles of the bride.
