Kristina Lynn Mills of Goldsboro and Christopher Wayne Gregory exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Nov. 4 at 3 p.m. at Falling Creek Baptist Church, with Ron Varner officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Danny Keith and Lillian Yvonne Mills of Mount Olive, the granddaughter of the late Marvin G. and Mary Glover Mills of Goldsboro and Robert and Catherine “Bonnie” Lassiter of Seven Springs and the great-granddaughter of Callie Parks of Seven Springs and Catherine K. Mills of Goldsboro.

She is a 2000 graduate of Southern Wayne High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in communication studies and psychology. She attends Campbell University for a master’s degree in counseling. She is employed as school counselor at Wayne County Public Schools.

The groom is the son of Pamela Sue Gregory and the late Timothy Wayne Gregory of Goldsboro and the grandson of George and Juanita Gregory, the late Sam and Edna Stiffler and Donnie and Nancy Littleton of Goldsboro and James and Ina Garnett of Green Cove Springs, Fla.

He graduated from Rosewood High School in 1999 and attends Johnston Community College for a nursing degree. He is employed at Carolina Doric Inc.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a white strapless gown with a bodice embellished with crystals.

Her headpiece was a tiara accented with crystals and pearls with a finger-tip veil adorned with crystals.

The bride carried a bouquet of white lilies and blue flowers.

Catherine Matthieu was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Miranda Mills, Candace Mills and Danielle St. Clair.

Richard Gregory was best man.

Groomsmen were Charles Visnosky and Clay Ingram.

Rachel McCollum was the junior bridesmaid. Charles Mills was the junior groomsman.

Cathy Eubanks directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Patience Gray. Sarah McCollum distributed programs.

A program of wedding music was provided by Jill Howell, vocalist, and Bess Sawyer, organist.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the church.

After a wedding cruise to the western Caribbean, the couple reside in Goldsboro.

Events held before the wedding included a bachelorette party Oct. 20 hosted by bridesmaids and friends; a bridal shower Oct. 18 hosted by co-workers at Carver Elementary School; a lingerie shower Sept. 30 at the home of Patience Gray hosted by Mrs. Gray; and a bridal shower Sept. 24 at the home of Cathy Eubanks hosted by the bride’s family.

A rehearsal dinner was held Nov. 3 at the Country Squire.
