Orr-Pender
Mary Christine Pender of Rosewood and Senior Airman Jason Robert Orr were united in holy matrimony Jan. 29 at 11:30 a.m. in a private ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Norwood and Jackie Pender of Pikeville and Terry Todd of Arden.
Don and Lois Orr of Ironton, Mo., and Phil and Debra Backus of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., are parents of the groom.
The couple is residing in Rosewood.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of Scott and Teresa Riggs, brother-in-law and sister of the bride. They also said hellos. Tony and Becky Grady, uncle and aunt of the bride, said good-byes. Casi Dissinger, friend of the couple, cut the wedding cake. Ashley Tillett, cousin of the bride, poured punch.
