PREP VOLLEYBALL: Goldsboro improves to 5-0

Goldsboro continued its unbeaten start with a 25-14, 25-21, 25-22 triumph over Greene Central inside Norvell T. Lee Gym on Monday evening.
Haley Phillips cranked out eight kills for the Cougars, who rose to a program-best 5-0.
Hallie Brown added five kills, while libero Dakota Jones paced the defense with seven digs.
Riley Howell passed out 20 assists.
Goldsboro visits South Johnston today.
