PREP VOLLEYBALL: Rosewood falls in three sets to Midway

Rosewood opened its season with an 8-25, 21-25, 12-25 loss to Midway.
Laine Marak paced the Eagles with five kills and no errors in nine attempts.
Braylee Butts, Miyah McCall, Maddie Honn and Lana Nuwara each posted two kills.
Kaitlyn Kincaid handed out 13 assists and served a pair of aces.
The Eagles (0-1 overall) play host to Charles B. Aycock today and are the guests of Goldsboro on Thursday.
