Jala Holloman scored 24 points and dished 10 assists, Lexi Jeffreys scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds, and Wayne Country Day dismantled John Paul II for the third time this season on Thursday.
The win moved the Lady Chargers to 19-4 on the season, and secured a spot in the CPIC basketball title game versus rival Greenfield.
"This was a good start for the girls," head coach David Flowers said. "We came and played very well and were able to work on some things that will hopefully help out in the next few weeks. The girls will now get a chance to play for their second straight tournament championship."
