A balanced scoring effort allowed Goldsboro High to post a bother-me-not, 51-point triumph over East Central 2A foe East Duplin on Tuesday.
DJ Waters and Tyzhaun Claude tallied 14 points apiece for the Cougars, while DeQuan Pigford scored 13 points.
Junior forward Isaiah Wilder and Al'Tivon Williams netted 11 points apiece for GHS, who now stands 13-2 (4-1) overall this season.
The Cougars next see the floor on Friday, when they travel to face Midway.
