Wrestling -- CBA's Maldonado continues to perform

WENDELL -- Devin Maldonado of Charles B. Aycock defeated Andrew Meyer of Wakefield 11-3 on Saturday to claim third place in the Jolly Roger Duals at Corinth Holders High School.
The victory ran Maldonado's overall record this season to 30-6.
C.B. Aycock also got a standout performance from Zach Creel, who finished 2-2 on the day. His overall mark this season is now 30-8.
The duo will join senior Austin Doyle (31-4), who missed the event with the flu, on Thursday for a Tri-Match with Wilson Hunt and Eastern Wayne.
